Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant with strong configuration expertise to guide the design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, configuring ServiceNow modules, and ensuring successful delivery of platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
*Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
1.Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
2.Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
3.Design scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals.
*Configuration and Customization:
1.Configure ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to meet requirements.
2.Create custom reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to optimize business processes.
3.Maintain data integrity and governance through CMDB configuration and system policies.
*Platform Optimization and Support:
1.Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
2.Monitor platform performance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
3.Provide ongoing support for users, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Role Requirements and Qualification:
*5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, including hands-on configuration experience.
*Proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other modules.
*In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and their configurations.
*Proficiency in workflow design, UI customization, and system configuration within ServiceNow.
