Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow Service Portals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UI/UX design, front-end development, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :
*Service Portal Design and Development:
1.Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portals using widgets, UI Pages, and other platform tools.
2.Create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces with modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
3.Ensure seamless integration of Service Portals with backend workflows and business processes.
*User Experience Optimization:
1.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design user-friendly Service Portal experiences.
2.Implement best practices for UI/UX design, ensuring accessibility, usability, and responsiveness.
3.Optimize portal performance for fast loading times and smooth user interactions.
*Scripting and Customization:
1.Develop custom widgets and scripts to extend Service Portal functionality.
2.Configure and maintain ServiceNow platform components, such as forms, workflows, and APIs, to support portal requirements.

Role Requirements and Qualification :
*5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a focus on Service Portal development.
*Proven expertise in developing and customizing widgets, UI Pages, and other ServiceNow components.
*Proficiency in front-end web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
*Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including REST/SOAP APIs and Glide scripting.
*Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
*Familiarity with UX design tools and methodologies.
