Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI Specialist with expertise in Transaction Data Management to assess and implement AI-driven solutions for improving data quality in transactional datasets such as Sales Transactions, Supply Chain Transactions, and ServiceNow Logs. The role will focus on detecting data quality issues, addressing and remediating these issues in real-time, and ensuring compliance with existing Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Architecture frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
*Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues, including root cause analysis and remediation.
*Develop and implement data quality frameworks, policies, and best practices.
*Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and metadata management to ensure high data integrity.
*Utilize data quality tools such as Ataccama or Collibra to monitor and enhance data quality processes.
*Collaborate with data governance teams to align data management strategies with enterprise-wide governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, TOGAF).

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
7-10 years in Data Management, Data Quality, or AI-driven Data Processing.
*Data Quality Management: Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues, including root cause analysis and remediation.
Data Management Concepts: Solid understanding of core data management concepts, such as data profiling, data cleansing, data validation, metadata management, and data warehousing.
Data Governance Frameworks: Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, TOGAF).
Data Quality Tools: Hands-on experience with data quality tools such as Ataccama or Collibra (Any one)
*Good to have: Data Architecture Integration: Knowledge of data architecture and integration principles, including ETL processes and data warehousing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
