Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of the ISR will be to drive Calls to generate leads and successfully book meetings with potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to engage prospects confidently, and the determination to meet sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce our products/services and qualify them as potential customers.
* Meeting Booking: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team for further discussions and opportunities.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
* Follow-up: Perform timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure continued engagement and to nurture relationships.
* CRM Management: Accurately record all prospect interactions, track progress, and maintain an organized database of leads in the CRM system.
* Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting booking goals.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads and facilitate the overall sales process.
Qualifications:
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with a clear and engaging phone presence.
* Confidence: Ability to speak confidently with senior decision-makers and handle objections effectively.
* Sales Mindset: Strong drive to generate leads and meet targets with a results-oriented attitude.
* Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer service roles is a plus.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
