Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Fresher to join our dynamic sales team. The ISR will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales process. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Assist in lead generation activities to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Work closely with senior sales executives to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement lead generation strategies.
- Attend training sessions to continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service
