Were searching for an enthusiastic and engaging Relationship Manager to help us increase sales by reaching out to current and future customers. You will be the initial point of contact for potential clients as a RM, representing the organisation in a professional and positive manner. The role requires good communication skills, determination, and the ability to adapt to a variety of scenarios. You should take essential notes during chats so that our team can follow up with you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to gather information.
• Inquiring with the clients and learning about their needs.
• Noting down the key points of each conversation.
• Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity in the CRM.
• Gathering and documenting sales data in CRM, such as meetings and appointments, as well as visitor and clients information
• Building and sustaining strong client connections by responding to requests and complaints as soon as possible.
• Resolving their issues related to the services.
• Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
• Delivering verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.

Requirements and Skills

• Prior experience working as a RM/BDE/SALES EXECUTIVE
• The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional education in sales or communication is a plus.
• Knowledge of computer programs such as (CRM software) and data entry.
• Ability to deal with rejection and keep an optimistic attitude in the face of adversity.
• Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Speaking English with confidence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
