Job Description:

1. Business Development & Hospital Tie-Ups • Identify and onboard multi-specialty hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare chains for claim financing solutions. • Build strong relationships with CFOs, finance heads, hospital administrators, and insurance desk teams. • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and financial structuring discussions. • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure smooth onboarding.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for hospital tie-ups and financing volume. • Optimize pricing models to ensure hospital adoption while maintaining profitability. • Work closely with internal teams (operations, credit, and tech) to ensure smooth claim processing and financing disbursements.

3. experience in B2B Sales, Fintech, Healthcare Financing, or Banking (Hospital/Healthcare Focused). - Strong network with hospital finance teams, TPAs, and insurance desks. Proven track record of high-ticket sales and key account management. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and drive market penetration
