Position: Planning Engineer

JD FOR PLANNING ENGINEER

1. Preparation of Baseline Program in MS Project & Primavera

2. Resource Planning including preparation of Material, Equipment & Manpower Requirement Schedule

3. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Tracking with respect of Approved Baseline Schedule

4. Follow-up for bought out items for on-time delivery at site

5. Critical Path Analysis and tracking of Critical Activities

6. Preparation of Delay Analysis & Impacted Program for Extension of Time Claim

7. Reporting to Internal & External Stakeholders on Daily, Weekly and Monthly Basis.

8. Liaoning with Allied Departments like Engineering, Procurement, Sub-con Vendors for timely delivery of Project deliverables.

9. Preparing and updating Risk Register and identifying Mitigation Plan for Critical Risk.

10. Conducting Daily and Weekly Review Meetings with Site Team to assess the work Progress. 

Preferable Criteria: Candidate should have exposure working for Rail, Highway, Road, Flyover, Marine Projects
