About The Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager-Guest Service to join our team.In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service in our hotel operations.

Oversee and coordinate daily guest service operations, including front desk, reception, cashiering, reservations, and outlet services

Train, mentor, and manage Guest Service Associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment

Implement and maintain efficient systems and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness

Monitor and address guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints

Analyze performance metrics and guest satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement

Assist in developing and implementing innovative guest service initiatives

Handle VIP guests and special requests with utmost care and attention to detail

Qualifications

Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Knowledge about both the departments Front Office and F&B service.

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.

Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
