About The Role :
We are looking for an experienced Front Office professional to join our team. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will:

Lead a shift of Front Office professionals, ensuring our guest's experience is at the forefront at all times

Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining procedures for the Department and fostering a focus on guest engagement

Assist with the management of the team including training and development, ensuring the team’s success

Handle complex guest queries and feedback

Qualifications
A qualification in hotel or hospitality management will be highly regarded.
 Software 
Previous experience with a PMS is essential (Opera is desirable).
