About The Role :
Key Responsibilities:

 Team Management :

Supervise front office staff (receptionists, concierges, etc.).

Schedule shifts, provide training, and conduct performance reviews.

 Guest Services :

Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.

Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.

 Operations :

Monitor daily financial transactions and reconcile cash/credit records.

Assist in implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.

 Coordination :

Liaise with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Support the Front Office Manager in implementing initiatives to improve guest satisfaction.

 Reporting :

Generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS).

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Experience in customer service or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory role.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
