About The Role :

To plan and execute the activities of Reservations and to ensure adherence to the standards, policies and procedures of  ibis. 

If required by management, to plan and execute the activities of front desk to ensure adherence to the standards, policies and procedures of ibis.

Guide all Front Office personnel and ensure proper completion of all Reservations & Revenue Management duties, reward and correct if required.

Is responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in his/her perimeter. He/she implements the GM’s strategy on a daily basis, updates the planning, quotes the groups and alerts the GM, when market deviates from the strategy

Qualifications

BHM or Bachelor's degree in equivalent filed.

1 - 2 years of experience in executive role or, 1 year of experience in current role.
