Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and providing solutions to meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Workday Core HCM.

Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Recruiting.

Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and its modules.

Experience in designing and developing applications using Workday Core HCM.

Knowledge of Workday Recruiting and its integration with Workday Core HCM.

Experience with data migration and data integration in Workday Core HCM.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

Workday core HCM recruiting Experience and certification is mandatory.
