Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and ensuring the applications meet the business needs. You will also contribute to the decision-making process and provide solutions to problems for your team and other teams across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Design and develop applications to meet business process and application requirements

Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications

Ensure the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM

Contribute to the decision-making process and provide solutions to problems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the applications meet the business needs
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM

Experience with Workday Core HCM implementation and certification

Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionalities and modules

Experience in designing and developing applications using Workday Core HCM

Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Workday Core HCM

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday integrations and reporting

Experience with Workday security and permissions

Knowledge of Workday business processes and best practices
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A 15 years full time education is required

Workday core HCM Experience and certification is mandatory
