Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to enhance the Workday platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and develop Workday Core HCM applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Create technical design documents and perform unit testing to ensure the quality of the developed applications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday Core HCM applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Workday Core HCM and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionalities and configuration.
- Experience in designing and developing custom reports in Workday.
- Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy standards.
- Familiarity with Workday integration tools and techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Core HCM applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
