Roles & Responsibilities:-Manage data and metrics – Cull out relevant data from existing sources on the area of focus and interpret it to articulate the business strategy. Identify hotspots and cull out insights for leadership intervention.-Put the pieces of the puzzle together – Understanding the subject, our leadership vision and connect the dots to deliver what our people need-Strategy to Operations – Be able to work on both the strategic approach and operationalize it with equanimity independently-Communication – Effectively manage written and verbal communication on I&D with internal and external stakeholders-Technology as a driver – Leverage tools and technologies with ease in connecting with and engaging our audience-Connections - Build strong connections with country, MU and Services stakeholders-Accountability & Ownership – Take complete accountability and ownership to drive consistently impactful program in a timely manner-Research & Learning – Investing on yourself by learning more about I&D and researching relevant information to know latest trends.

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Talent Management.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
