Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Show creativity in managing and driving successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead and facilitate effective communication within the team

Develop and implement project plans to achieve project goals

Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Service Transition

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Solution Planning Costing & Pricing

Strong understanding of project management methodologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively

Experience in managing project budgets and resources
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Transition

This position is based at our Mumbai office
