As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP BTP Integration Suite. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BTP Integration Suite-based applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP BTP Integration Suite, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
S/4 HANA implementation work experience.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration, and SAP API Management.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
