Key Reponsibilities :1 Follow ITIL processes - Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Performance management, Capacity management, Configuration availability management activities, Participate in CAB and TAB,Policies, and Compliance with exposure and familiarity on a Shared Services type of operations on both regional and global infrastructure 2 Responsible for performing daily operational tasks and maintaining availability 3 Responsibile to take onwership of the project assigned and complete
Technical Experience :1 Experience in EMC SAN Storages- XTreamIO, Powerstore 2 Experience in EMC NAS- Powerscale/Isilon 3 Experience in EMC Backup- Avamar/ IDPA/ Data Domain, Power protect Replication Tool:RecoverPoint, Vplex SAN Switches- CISCO MDS 9000 Series 5 Configuration, monitoring, administration, and maintenance of backup environment including Backup servers, backup storage, VTL, network configuration and clients 5 Responsible to commission/decommission of the VMs/Physical and managing the Backup and Restor
