Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams and making key decisions to ensure the efficient operation of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.

Manage delivery based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve any issues that may arise.

Make key decisions to ensure the efficient operation of the systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with AWS Architecture.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure.

Experience in managing and supporting production systems.

Knowledge of operational requirements and service agreements.

Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and make key decisions.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
