Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the cloud infrastructure and providing technical support to the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure the smooth functioning of the cloud infrastructure.

Manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Provide technical support to the team.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.

Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
