Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.
- Manage delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting production systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
