Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability, creating and implementing Requests for Change (RFC), and collaborating with vendors and service management teams to analyze and resolve issues.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Lead and participate in cross-functional projects.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in AWS Containerization.

Strong understanding of cloud computing principles.

Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.

Hands-on experience with Docker and AWS ECS.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS Containerization.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
