Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.

Develop and implement operational processes and procedures.

Monitor and analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Contact Center Automation.

Strong understanding of contact center operations and best practices.

Experience in managing and troubleshooting contact center platforms.

Knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions.

Familiarity with contact center automation tools and technologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations.

A 15 years full time education is required.
