Summary:As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing their needs, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.

Design and develop integration solutions to meet client objectives.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.

Ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.

Identify and resolve any issues or challenges during the integration process.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in integration technologies.

Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.

Provide training and support to end-users on the implemented integration solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.

Strong understanding of integration principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions.

Knowledge of various integration technologies and tools.

Experience with data mapping and transformation.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP ERP systems.

Familiarity with API development and integration.

Knowledge of cloud-based integration platforms.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
