We are seeking an experienced Access Management Lead to drive the migration and management of single sign-on (SSO) applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in access management, authentication protocols, and cloud-based solutions, with a particular focus on Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). As the SSO Lead, you will lead the migration, design, and implementation of SSO solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and seamless user experiences
Roles & Responsibilities:Architect and implement Access Management solutions.Lead the end-to-end migration of SSO applications from one tool to another tool for e.g. Ping Federate to ENTRA IDCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT operations, and application owners, to design and optimize Access Management strategiesDevelop comprehensive project plansProvide leadership and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.Stay up to date with the latest trends in access management, security protocols, and cloud authentication technologies.Strong knowledge of IAM standards, such as NIST Framework, capabilities like OAuth, SAML, SCIM, U2F/UAF/FIDO2, and best practices, RBAC, and least privilege access.
Professional & Technical Skills:Strong Knowledge on any for the Directory Services tool like Ping Directory, Oracle Unified Directory or similarHands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Ping Suite, OKTA, Entra ID or similar is required.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute IAM projects from inception to completion.Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading large-scale migrations.Excellent understanding of IaC, CI/CD & DevOps solutions & bests practices
