Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the successful execution of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Agile Participation:Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to promote transparency and collaboration.

Collaboration:Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other team members to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements.

Backlog Management:Assist in maintaining and refining the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.

Continuous Improvement:Contribute to the team's continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes, tools, and practices.

Testing and Quality Assurance:Participate in testing activities to ensure deliverables meet the required standards and align with user acceptance criteria.

Documentation:Maintain relevant documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.

Problem Solving:Identify and escalate issues as they arise, collaborating with team members to develop effective solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Agile Program Management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.

Experience in managing complex programs and projects.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Good To Have Skills, Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Project.

Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.

Drive & lead workshop, sound understanding & consolidating business needs, S4 knowledge is must, well versed with core module

Added advantage, oil & gas exp.
Additional Information:

Experience with Agile project management tools (Azure Dev ops).

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

2-6 years of experience in Agile environments, preferably in SAP-related projects.

Well versed with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.

Basic understanding of SAP systems and processes is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
