Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design
  • The Brand Assurance Specialist ensures that the integrity and consistency of the brand are upheld across all internal and external communications, products, and touchpoints.
  • This role is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and advising on brand compliance to strengthen brand reputation and drive alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • The Brand Assurance Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to implement branding standards and guidelines while fostering innovation and adherence to brand values.An area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements



    What are we looking for?
  • Experience conducting brand audits or overseeing brand compliance in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing and branding in a global or multi-site organization is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to balance creative and strategic priorities while ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Strong knowledge of branding principles, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing and branding tools, including design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance related to branding, advertising, and marketing.
  • Analytical skills to assess brand performance and compliance metrics.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and guide stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining focus on operational execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing and branding in a global or multi-site organization is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to balance creative and strategic priorities while ensuring alignment with brand standards.


    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
  • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
  • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with brand guidelines, policies, and standards across all marketing materials, communications, and customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular audits of brand usage in internal and external communications, providing feedback and corrective actions where necessary.
  • Partner with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies to guide them in adhering to branding standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources for employees and partners to promote understanding and implementation of brand requirements.
  • Support the development and updating of brand policies and standards, ensuring they reflect the evolving needs of the organization and industry best practices.
  • Use analytics to measure brand consistency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Address branding-related concerns and challenges promptly, maintaining the organization's reputation and trust.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure campaigns and promotional activities align with brand guidelines and objectives.
