Summary:As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure efficient network operations.

Implement network infrastructure changes.

Troubleshoot network issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong understanding of network protocols.

Experience with network security.

Knowledge of network monitoring tools.

Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud networking.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
