Summary:As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and providing technical support to customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Assist in the configuration and integration of telecommunication network elements.

Manage the life cycle of network elements and associated configurations.

Maintain and update back office system data records.

Provide technical support to customers during activations and configuration adjustments.

Troubleshoot network issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong understanding of telecommunication network elements and their configurations.

Experience in managing back office system data records.

Knowledge of customer activation processes and configuration adjustments.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with network monitoring tools.

Familiarity with network security protocols.

Ability to analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
