Escalation support for L1 team, plus regular management, and administration tasks
Troubleshooting and repair of issues causing Non availability of the services being rendered by the various Network devices
Manage and deployment capabilities of Enterprise Networks
Product knowledge of catering to Heterogeneous of communication technologies like Leased-Lines, ISDN, V-sat connectivity, broadband and dial-up.
