Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of the project. Key ResponsibilitiesBasic solution architecting for Cloud based procurement systemCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and goals. Document detailed functional requirements for iValua implementation and perform need-gap analysis.Design iValua configurations to meet business requirements. Develop process flows and documentation and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.Active participation in preparing various project documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, Training materialsConfigure iValua modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, etc.) to match business processes. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.Develop test cases and scripts, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), Work closely with users during user acceptance testing phase, identify and resolve defects.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions, provide ongoing support and guidance to users, foster user adoption of the iValua platform.Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Technical ExperienceCandidate must have a minimum of 7 - 10 years of hands-on working experience in iValua on at least 3 full time projects on end to end iValua delivery across various modules like Supplier Risk & Performance, Sourcing, Contract Management, eProcurement, invoicing, payments, spend analysis.Deep understanding of the Source to Pay process and domain knowledge around ERP such as SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/PeoplesoftExposure to working in ERP/ Procurement systems such as Coupa, Zycus, JaggaerExposure to New IT like Agile, DevOps, AI or Blockchain will be a value add
