Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and providing efficient support to the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services

Manage delivery based on operational requirements and service agreement

Provide efficient support to the team

Contribute to team decisions and engage with multiple teams

Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure management

Experience in managing and supporting production systems

Knowledge of incident management and problem resolution

Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management

This position is based at our Kolkata office

A 15 years full time education is required
