Designation: Payroll Operations Senior Analyst


Qualifications:Any Graduation


Years of Experience:5 to 8 years


What would you do?
  • Lead weekly payroll cycle for all employee groups
  • Hiring, onboarding and performance management activities of a payroll ream
  • Coordinate, mentor, train, and develop a payroll team while creating colleague engagement and change management programs, as well as facilitate cross functional partnership meetings
  • Lead all aspects of changes to payroll records
  • Address and identify root causes of customer issues
  • Analyze, identify, and recommend process improvements and system modifications to increase efficiencies
  • Communicate regularly with customers on issues management and year-end planning
  • Ensure compliance with government payroll legislationImplement and manage payroll accounting processes and solutions within Workday platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including offering of creative, constructive solutions
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and Outlook email
  • Proven understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
  • Experience with Workday and SAP would be considered an asset
  • Experience with time and attendance management systems (STAS, Kronos, Workday) Prefered
  • Canadian Payroll experience is good to have
  • Payroll Planning and Distribution

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
  • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
  • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
