Principal Consultant - Leadership Hiring - Executive Search & Talent Advisory Firm (9-18 yrs)

The selected candidate would be responsible for :

1. Build a strong network in order to attract business and expand the portfolio within Industry.

2. Nurture relationship with leadership team in clients as well as build network within assigned industry as a trusted Talent partner.

3. Execution of leadership mandates within the industry vertical through strong research and assessments.

4. Proactive business development and Identifying new sectors/sub-sectors that can be explored.

5. Keeping sharp watch on key parameters -Annual Targets and overall Productivity.

Looking for candidates having :

- 9-18 years of experience into Consulting, Recruitment, Corporate Sales or Business Development.

- Good academic background.

- Excellent command over verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to be persistent in meeting and exceeding assigned targets.

- Ability to manage and set client expectations.
