IT Digital Project Lead
Reports to IT Head & CEO
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7-15 years
Objective:
The candidate is to explore and implement digital technologies for organizational growth. The candidate is expected to influence every user department and user to adopt digital technology solutions and enhance their effectiveness. They will champion digital workplace initiatives and support the company's digital transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exploration and Onboarding of Digital Technologies:
- Explore and identify suitable digital technologies aligned with business objectives.
- Onboard these technologies through collaboration with suitable partners.
Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute the implementation of digital technologies with support from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage new technologies effectively to ensure they are integrated and utilized properly.
Driving Digital CoE Initiatives:
- Lead the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives with support from various user departments.
- Enable and expand the use of technologies across the organization in a timely manner.
Designing and Reporting KPIs:
- Design, define, and report digital KPIs and metrics aligned with digital goals.
Change Management and Leadership:
- Act as a champion and change agent, leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain enterprise digital capabilities.
- Work with business teams and leaders to establish digital transformation practices within the organization.
- Influence every user to adopt industry best practices in digital technology.
Project Leadership:
- Organize and lead digital project initiatives with cross-functional teams.
External Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with academia, industry bodies, vendors, and technology analysts to learn from and influence industry trends.
Collaboration and Talent Development:
- Partner with functional teams to develop and leverage new digital business solutions.
- Cultivate digital talent to create a competitive edge for the enterprise.
Technology Architecture and Roadmap:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the digital technology architecture.
- Develop a roadmap for future technology development that supports business needs.
Standards and Processes Development:
- Develop and maintain standards and processes, including SOPs and checklists, for digital technologies.
Risk Management:
- Identify and review digital risks.
- Develop proactive actions to mitigate potential threats.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in exploring, implementing, and managing digital technologies.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive adoption of digital solutions across various departments.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external partners and industry bodies.
- Strong understanding of digital technology architecture and design thinking principles.
- Experience in defining and reporting on digital KPIs and metrics.
- Proactive approach to risk management and mitigation.
