Sr Manager/DGM Strategy

Reports to CFO & MD

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.

- Monitor progress on key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Operational Efficiency:

- Streamline operations and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and challenges.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, staff, and stakeholders.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of the CEO.

Project Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key projects.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Track and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Executive Support:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.

- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and minutes for executive meetings.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Leadership and Mentorship:

- Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

- Represent the CEO and the organization at internal and external events as needed.
