Chief Executive Officer/Head - NBFC (10-23 yrs)

Role: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - NBFC

The CEO will spearhead the development and growth of the NBFC business for the Group. This includes building the organization, establishing systems and processes, arranging funding, and achieving P&L and RoI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Leadership:

- Develop and structure the organization, implementing robust systems and processes.

- Recruit and nurture a skilled team of loan officers, credit analysts, and sales managers.

- Foster a high-performance culture with opportunities for coaching and development.

Strategic Growth:

- Design and execute a growth strategy based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and customer segmentation.

- Identify and penetrate new customer segments.

Product Innovation:

- Develop and launch tailored personal loan products aligned with market trends and regulatory standards.

Sales and Distribution:

- Oversee the sales team and manage distribution channels.

- Build strategic partnerships to enhance customer acquisition and loan origination volumes.

Loan Book Management:

- Ensure the quality of the loan book, manage risks, and optimize loan lifecycle processes.

Financial Accountability:

- Own the P&L and RoI responsibilities, monitor KPIs, and drive financial performance.

Funding and Partnerships:

- Raise capital to support business growth.

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, fintech firms, and other ecosystem partners.

Compliance and Governance:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.

Customer Experience:

- Enhance customer satisfaction through streamlined application processes, efficient service, and exceptional support.
