Senior Manager - Distribution & Replenishment Planning

Role & responsibilities - Lead distribution and replenishment planning for a designated sales region, ensuring seamless product availability, service level excellence, cost optimization, and working capital improvement. Serve as the logistics business owner for the region, driving operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, production, and supply chain while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Relevant Experience -

Supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics, with a strong focus on FMCG or alcoholic beverages.

Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced analytics tools.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Business Understanding -

Understanding of excise regulations, bonded warehouse operations, and compliance requirements specific to beer/alcobev industry.

Experience in managing regional supply chains and responding to demand fluctuations.

Familiarity with S&OP processes and cross-functional coordination.

Knowledge of leveraging business intelligence through KPI optimization to drive strategic decision-making.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners, including distributors and third-party logistics providers.

Knowledge -

In-depth understanding of service level KPIs
