Key Requirements

Customer Interaction

• Excellent communication skills; regular telephonic conversations with our customers to collect their feedback basis a set survey form and probe further to gain deeper understanding

Data Entry

• Record conversations (verbatims) and data on platforms like forms and excel in an organized way that can be further used for analysis

Language Fluency

• Fluent in at least 3 of the mentioned languages English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil

Punctuality

• Ensure adherence to targets, timelines and processes

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education and/ or specific experience

• Graduation (any degree)

Skills and/or knowledge

• Excellent conversational/communication, presentation and organization skills
• Basics of Microsoft Excel, Forms etc.
• Focused, detailed, and disciplined approach to tasks
