Senior Manager - People Partner

Purpose of the Job: - Plan, initiate, ensure, and monitor Human Resource, ER, and Administrative Functions to facilitate achieving organizational goals by enhancing human productivity, employee competencies, and partnering with business within the VPO framework and by following the Ten Principles of ABI. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure compliance and foster a positive work environment.
