Key Responsibilities

• Manage experience center operations & drive sales.
• Generate & follow up on leads to achieve targets.
• Assist customers with financing & delivery.
• Plan & forecast sales revenues & manage documentation.
• Build customer relationships & stay updated on industry trends.

Role Overview

• Training: 3-6 months hands-on Initial Training Program (ITP) at COCO locations(Bangalore).
• Deployment: Assigned to DODO/COCO locations for channel management, dealer development & sustenance.
• Career Growth: Eligible for promotion to Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Area Ops Manager (AOM) after one year based on performance.
• Work Schedule: Six-day work week with rotational weekly off.
• Travel: Extensive domestic travel & short-term deployments post-ITP.
