Primary Purpose of Role
Responsible for developing and providing the business rules and education needed to transform the data at Enterprise, Business Group and Application level.
Lead Commercial Master Data governance through tech build logics, infra & cross-system integrations across all Sales data.
Owner of Sales Intelligence automation across all elements of POC investment – stocks, workforce, trade assets, promotions & more.
Works closely with the Local Data owners, Commercial Intelligence team, business owners and functional end users in each region/business group to understand the use cases and to establish essential data organization and relationships.

Ownership of product, governance & integrations therein.
Enable data validation & deviation with tech, establish accountability with data owners & ensure minimum controls adherence throughout.
Responsible for product performance, uptime & new demand management.

Demand Management
Responsible for designing the transformations of source data into business knowledge and derive insights for decision making.
Works closely with Tech & Global Data teams to design the transformation roadmap for database structures and processes in-line with business requirements.

Business Intelligence
Responsible for making project plans for new projects/change requests and ensuring the project is executed within the predetermined sprints/timelines and the budget allocated; ability to prioritize based on business requirements, technical assessments, and product roadmap
Responsible for ensuring all the UI (User Interface) requirements are met.
Ensure adoption of sales intelligence automation through user trainings & feedback

Process Re-engineering
Responsible for embedding SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) into business process and systems by preparing therequired change requests and handing overto the development team

Analytics
Responsible for drivinganalytics with business teams

Commercial Solutions
Responsible for identifying new opportunities in Commercial function, ideating, and exploring new innovative solutions in the market

Risk Assessment
Owning seamless integrations and BAU (Business as Usual) stateby tracking andpre-emptively solving for risks/ vulnerabilities. Few examples are product dependencies that are impacted by change, performance risks with scale/new
features, data privacy etc.
