Key skills for the job
Primary Purpose of the Role
Handling distributors and responsible for driving primary & secondary sales across the various DBs & retail outlets in the Zone. Responsible for meeting the assigned sales targets and ensuring product availability in general trade outlets. Handling merchandisers, Responsible for maintaining the freshness of the products at DB Point and take day to day decisions in order increase brand awareness and enhance sales.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
Responsible for Availability, Visibility & Execution at store •
Responsible for handling merchandisers.
Responsible for End-to-End management of DBs.
To increase the share of shelves & to get displays at multiple touch points through sales team.
Maintain good relationship with all stakeholders
To maintain daily MIS report •
To maintain daily secondary sales tracking •
To maintain good fill rates across chains •
Taking appointments at the store & DC level
Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Education & Experience
Graduation (any degree) with 1-4 years of experience in the given geography in the FMCG environment
Experience in Beverage is not a must but added advantage
Skills & Knowledge
Strong in day-to-day sales activity •
Focused, detailed, and disciplined approach to tasks
