Accountabilities: Budget. Fully communicate with PPM HQ, BBP, ZBS, all the relate departments in brewery to align the KPI, and the price. VE project tracking. Track the VE project every month, and push relate department to finish it if need. Provide decision. Provide relate data to management team for decision. Checking. Confirm the data from BSC, finance department, and operation departments to make sure our data is correct. Data transition. Create an efficiency data transition process, make sure the data can be the same from bottom to top level. Data analysis. Use SKU benchmark, PDCA etc. skill to analysis data. Communication. Work with relate department to analysis the data and find out the root the causes. Cost control. Provide LE base on the actual data, make sure we can achieve the target by year end. Visibility report. Provide visibility report, try to make the data clear and simple. Knowledge skill Familiar the running of the entire plant Decent finance & accounting knowledge Professional skill: Strong analysis skills, logic thinking Good Excel and PowerPoint skill Strong abilities of planning, leadership, decision-making and problem-solving Good communication skill Fluent English speaking and writing Self motivated, willing to take challenge Highly ethic and integrity
