Off Roll Capex MIS (Procurement)

Primary Purpose of the role The role will support the Capex Procurement Category. Supporting the category strategies and sourcing plans for Capex across all breweries in India. The colleague in the role will support the category buyer for all new plant equipment and machinery in owned and 3rd party breweries, and also the capex for commercial functions. Key Tasks & Accountabilities Capex – Category Sourcing · Supporting in and taking care of spend matrix of Capex within the allocated budget · Preparation of MIS for spend matrix , PR to PO Conversion · Continuously monitor and track the forecast vs actual saving and take corrective actions · Ensuring PR to PO closure in SAP as per timelines along with reporting of the same · Supporting in Contract Closure · Set up and renew cost model for cost analysis (understand supply and demand market, industry benchmark, cost analysis, etc) · Reporting all committed savings initiatives Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment – Internal & External · Providing details of Budget spent along with collaboration with functional budget owners · Preparing MIS for value engineering efforts, SAP and Procurement plan. · Actively engage stakeholders as defined in alignment throughout the strategy development and sourcing activities Support Strategic Planning, Implementation & Tracking · Understand and follow global and zone governance – policies and procedures · Provide information for global/cross-zone sourcing and implement global and zone contracts · Monitoring & reporting contract performance · Ensure spend map analysis is done to monitor spend and ensure that all purchases follow the purchasing process Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education & Experience 1. Academic background: appropriate University/bachelor degree qualification is essential 2. Professional experience (around 2-4 years) in the same functional domain or other related positions. Capex procurement experience in FMCG is a plus. Skills & Knowledge 1. Knowledge and experience in Logistic/Supply Chain 2. Strong analytical skills enabling to understand cost models, sourcing results and financial and operational impact for the Company 3. Project management skills and ability to manage complex cross-country, cross-functional scope; 4. Knowledge of Procurement processes, methods and techniques, including negotiation skills, e- sourcing tools, e-auctions is beneficial; SAP S4. 5. High level of commercial awareness 6. Ensuring compliance to contracts 7. Strong numerical ability, high analytical and organizational skills 8. Strategic and conceptual thinking, cross-functional thinking 9. Ability to develop and maintain effective partnership working across geographic boundaries. Focus on service delivery and results-oriented 10. Strong financial acumen 11. Ability to make project presentations to Board level & lead working meetings & conferences 12. Energetic & highly ambitious
