Job Title: Automation Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across industrial, government, municipal, and institutional sectors.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support for individual and team success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events to promote our solutions and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
- MBA in a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of sales experience in industrial, government, municipal, and institutional sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of control and automation technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory.
