Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated Control and Automation Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in industrial, government, municipal, and institutional sales, with a strong understanding of control and automation technologies.
- As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and promoting our solutions to a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the industrial, government, municipal, and institutional sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial, government, municipal, and institutional sales, preferably in the control and automation sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical understanding of control and automation technologies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory
