Role Description:
- This is a full-time Sales Manager role at Intellicus Technologies, located in Noida.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- The role requires driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- This includes identifying target markets, defining sales processes, and setting realistic goals.
- Actively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, and industry events.
- Build a robust sales pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the value proposition of Intellicus BI solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
- Drive the sales process to closure, ensuring timely execution of contracts and adherence to company policies.
- Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the business intelligence space.
- Use this information to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closing.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics solutions is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
