- The Senior Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team.

- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and individual team members.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue goals.

- Motivate and inspire the sales team to consistently exceed expectations.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or markets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Prepare regular sales reports for management and stakeholders.

- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members.

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.

- 5+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success.

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Proven ability to exceed sales targets consistently.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
